Positive psychology is a beautiful branch of psychology, it's the scientific study of the positive attributes of a fulfilled and satisfactory life and develops interventions to achieve them.It is focused in growth rather than on pathology. But not only does positive psychology helps to live happier a life but prevents from other illness and pathologies.
